When you call our office in West Springfield, you will most likely speak with our receptionist, Jennifer Tillman. Jennifer will assist you with making an appointment for your visit with you Orthotist or Prosthetist at both our Northampton and West Springfield locations. She will take all your information and verify your insurance coverage to the extent that she can and assist you in any way she can to make your visit with us as pleasant as possible. Should you need to be seen in our Pittsfield location, you will speak with Pam Walak our receptionist in that office. If your service requires pre-authorization, you may then speak with Robin White. Should you need to arrange for financing, you might then meet and speak with our office manager, Debbie Lamoureux who will help you with Care Credit approval, any questions you may have about your coverage or your out of pocket expenses. Debbie is also our Certified Mastectomy fitter and may assist you in that area as well. All of our office staff are friendly and there to assist you in any way they can.

You might not ever get to meet Andrew Hasson or Harold Piper. These two gentlemen are out orthotic and prosthetic technicians and are responsible for the fabrication of all of the devices that your clinicians will assess you for and ultimately fit you with. Although they are largely behind the scene here at PVOP these gentlemen play a very important part in your treatment.

Last to get mentioned are your clinicians: Frank Twyeffort and Brian Twyeffort, whose responsibility it is to see that you are fitted with the device that best suits your need and gives you, our patients the best possible outcome.
